GiT designs, builds, and runs AI transformation programmes for enterprises and government across the GCC. The work is delivery-first, real environments, named owners, systems that stay live after handover. If that is the kind of engineering and consulting you want to do, we should talk.
We are a young company inside an established group. That combination sets the terms of the work: the scope is wide, the ownership is individual, and the delivery record is what we are building.
Every role here ends in something that runs. Consultants stay through implementation. Engineers own their systems in the environments they deploy to. Work is not handed over a wall halfway through.
Our leadership page lists five people because five people are accountable by name. The same principle runs down through the organisation: you hold a scope, and it is visibly yours from day one.
We deliver client programmes alongside the Quanterra product portfolio. That means engineers and consultants move between client-facing delivery and platform work, a wider surface than either a pure consultancy or a pure product company offers.
We are hiring across four connected disciplines, from production AI engineering to client-facing solution design.
Agentic systems in production Python, orchestration, tools, guardrails, retrieval, and the eval harnesses that prove they work. Two open roles, lead and mid-senior.
The platform beneath everything we ship: Kubernetes, GitOps delivery, infrastructure as code, and the observability and hardening that regulated GCC clients require.
Where engineering meets the client conversation, shaping solutions, building proofs of concept, and holding the line between a compelling demo and something we can deliver.
Programme delivery, client operations, and the commercial function. No open roles today; speculative applications are read against this discipline.
Every application is read by a person on the hiring team, not filtered by a keyword screen. If you are close but not exact, apply anyway and say so in the note.
Send a CV and a short note on the problems you want to work on. We review speculative applications against the four disciplines above and come back either way.
You will know who you are speaking to and what the next step is at every stage. We give a decision after every conversation rather than leaving applications open indefinitely.
A CV and a short note on what you want to work on. Read by the hiring lead for the discipline, not by an automated screen.
Thirty minutes on your background, the role, how we work, and what you are looking for. Two-way from the start.
A technical discussion or case walk-through drawn from real delivery problems. No unpaid take-home exercise longer than two hours.
A conversation with the function lead and someone you would work with daily. You will hear back within five business days.
A young company gives graduates and career-changers something larger organisations rarely can: proximity to real client work from the first month. We take a small number of junior engineers and analysts each year, pair them directly with a function lead, and give them scope on live programmes rather than internal side projects. Applications are welcome year-round.
Apply for early careersWe hire on capability and evidence of delivery. Applications are assessed without regard to nationality, gender, age, religion, or background, and we welcome candidates already based in the UAE as well as those relocating.
GiT sponsors UAE employment visas for successful candidates. Relocation support is discussed case by case at offer stage and confirmed in writing before you accept.
Applications are held for 12 months by the GiT hiring team and used only to assess you for roles at GiT and within the Ginco Group. Read our candidate privacy notice or ask us to delete your file at any time.
We are early enough that the people joining now will shape how this company works. If that is what you are looking for, start the conversation.
